The Classes
ABC (ALL BODY CHALLENGE)
This Class will challenge the entire Body. Join us for circuits, plyometrics, medicine balls, steps and more for an entire body workout.

CLASSIC CARDIO This basic class consists of good ol' cardio and fun moves on the floor. Core work and a relaxing stretch gives you a complete workout.

COMMANDO CARDIO Remember the days of good old boot camp? This class will bring you back to a hard way of learning, to dig down deep to make it though the drills! Hard training intervals will separate the men from the boys!! Can you handle it?...We'll see.

POWER STEP CORE An intense cardio step class alternating choreographed moves with athletic power jump moves to toughen the load. This class will finished up with serious ab and core work.

TKO SPORTS CONDITIONING* A boxing based, sports conditioning workout combining the style, stance, and skill of a boxer with the movement of an athlete. This interval style conditioning class can fuse medicine ball drills, plyometric movements and bag work to make an exciting and explosive workout for participants of any level. Additional Fee. TBT (TOTAL BODY TRAINING) Get sweating with this total body training workout. Classes will all offer a variety of cardio vs. weights, resistance training and fit ball work in various formats.

YOLATES Combine the best of Pilates and Yoga to give your body an ideal workout. This core strength and flexibility class is a great mix for your workout routine.

VINYASA YOGA A flowing style of yoga tailored to fit any body type. Through the linking of postures and breathing, practioners will develop flexibility, strength and endurance, leading to a deep mind/body connection. Come with an open mind and ready have fun.
